Kicking Off: Radio veteran Shannon Steele recently launched digital station Kickin Country 101, where he serves as CEO, PD and afternoon host. Steele, whose radio stops include WCOL/Columbus, OH, tells Country Aircheck he's running the online operation "just like a medium/large market FM station, with full professional imaging, and full-time air staff (not syndicated shows) from 6am-12am."
