Springfield Has Sprung: Saga WLFZ/Springfield, IL morning co-host "Dave Daniels" Newton has joined Children's Miracle Network Hospitals as Dir./Media, West Region. Succeeding him is sister Top 40 WDBR morning host "DJ Blake" Stadel, who will join incumbent co-host Dina Michaels Sept. 12. Newton had been with the cluster 25 years, initially with WDBR, then shifting to WLFZ 10 years ago.
