Dogwood Days: Shaboozey has launched record label American Dogwood in partnership with Empire, and signed Kevin Powers as its first artist. Partners in the label are artist managers and Shaboozey collaborators Jared Cotter and Abas Pauti. The trio will focus on discovering and mentoring talent with diverse backgrounds, while Empire will provide global infrastructure and support. The new label's first single, Powers' "Move On" featuring Shaboozey, releases Sept. 19.
