Morgan Ballin': West Virginia Radio Dir./Country Music Prog. and WKKW/Morgantown, WV afternoon host Mike Vincent adds PD duties for the station, re-assuming them from OM Matt Kelly. In a note to staff, Kelly says, "With this move, Mike will be able to truly be plugged into the sound of the station — making it the best it can be."
