Max Factor: Former AC WKJX/Elizabeth City, NC morning host Mike "Moose" Smith has joined Max Media/Norfolk as OM for the cluster, which includes Country WGH. Smith picks up the duties that had been held by Eddie Haskell until July (CAT 7/25); WGH PD duties remain with "Jimmy Ray" Dunn. “Mike has been a friend and colleague to me for over 15 years," says Pres./MM Keith Barton. "We are extremely excited to welcome him back to Virginia Beach.” Smith previously spent more than 20 years with Max Media, most recently as RVP/GM for the company's Carolinas region.
