Nadel Named WMN Co-Chair/Co-President
Elektra Pres. Gregg Nadel has been appointed Warner Music Nashville Co-Chair/Co-President alongside Cris Lacy, effective Oct. 1. He succeeds Ben Kline, who is stepping down after a decade with the company “[Gregg is] an ambidextrous A&R and marketing expert with a global perspective, which will be a tremendous asset at a time when Nashville artists are crossing boundaries and reaching the world stage like never before," say Warner Records CEO/Co-Chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck and COO/Co-Chairman Tom Corson, to whom Nadel and Lacy report. The news follows the recent move to bring Warner Music Nashville under the Warner Records umbrella. Prior to being named Pres. of Elektra Entertainment in 2017, Nadel served as GM of Elektra Records and, before that, was SVP/A&R & Marketing for Atlantic Records. He's a 27-year veteran of WMG.
