Her Head's In St. Cloud: Cherry Creek KBLL/Helena, MT Dir./Digital and morning co-host Katie Toupal will join Leighton KZPK/St. Cloud, MN Oct. 5 as morning show Producer/Co-host. She'll join new PD Collin Taylor and succeed Amy Foxx, who left last month (CAT 9/2). She spent four months at KBLL after a part-time stint at KEEY/Minneapolis and interning at sister Top 40 KDWB. Reach Toupal here until Sept. 30. As reported earlier, Cherry Creek OM and KBLL morning co-host Dale Desmond is looking for her replacement (CAT 9/23).
