That placed it second in its first hour behind ABC's The Golden Bachelor and second in its second hour behind Big Brother on CBS. By comparison, last November's 56th Annual CMA Awards on ABC had an initial audience of 7.57m viewers and a 1.05 rating (CAT 11/10/22).
