Mid-West Family WRTB/Rockford, IL PD/Brand Mgr. Gordon Mays has been upped to Dir./Programming & Content for the six-station group covering Rockford and DeKalb. He retains all prior duties. “Gordon will step up and lead the branding, programming and expanded content efforts for the six radio brands and their teams,” says Pres./GM Mike Paterson via an internal memo. Mays joined WRTB in 2017 (CAT 4/17/17), was upped to APD two years later (CAT 2/25/19) and was named to his most recent post three years ago (CAT 10/9/19).
