Interior Design: Multi-genre label By Design has been launched under the leadership of industry veterans Josh Bailey (formerly with Word Entertainment and Capitol Christian Music Group), Jeremy Holley (Word, Warner and FlyteVu), Rod Riley (Fervent Records and Word) and Josh Thompson (Word and Futureshirts). Among By Design's first signings is country artist Frankie Ballard. The label is part of a larger company that includes music rights acquisition arm Archetype Music, focused on faith-based masters and publishing, and Blueprint, a nonprofit offering creators support, strategic partnerships and discipleship.
