He remains based in Nashville continuing to support BMLG and reports to HYBE America CBO Ryan Hyeong Woo Noh, who heads the new division which integrates global support for all HYBE labels in one unit. Rittberg joined BMLG in 2017, rising to his most recent post last year (Breaking News 1/30/24). Prior stops include Bill Silva Management, Verve Label Group, Reprise Records and Warner Bros. Records.
