Aloha, Mr. Hand: Connoisseur/Portland Dir./Sales Mark Handwerger has been promoted to MM for the seven-station cluster that includes KUPL, effective Oct. 16. A veteran of television sales in the market, Handwerger joined Connoisseur in August from KATU-TV. He succeeds Robert Dove, who will advise the transition and retire at the end of the year.
