Rhodes Less Traveled: Alpha KKRV/Wenatchee, WA morning host Brent Rhodes has added Market Mgr. duties following MM/morning co-host Gary Patrick’s retirement earlier this year. Additionally, crosstown Cherry Creek Top 40 KWWW morning co-host Nikki Darling has joined KKRV for mornings alongside Rhodes as Homegrown With Brent + Nikki. “After [Gary’s] retirement, I took a few weeks to think about what mornings on [KKRV] might look like going forward; I wanted to do something different,” says Rhodes. “I didn’t know Nikki but was familiar with her from hearing her one of of the other stations, [and] she was the first person I reached out to.” Rhodes has been with the station for 23 years.
