Sony Music Nashville EVP/Promotion & Artist Development Steve Hodges informed label staffers and artist managers today (10/9) that he is leaving the company at the end of the year. He tells Country Aircheck, “As proud as I am of the historic last nine-and-a-half years, I’m equally excited about future endeavors and possibilities." The news follows last month's announcement that Chairman/CEO Randy Goodman will retire at the end of 2024 (CAT 9/18). Hodges joined SMN in 2015 (CAT 7/8/15) after leaving UMG/Nashville the year prior (Breaking News 11/13); reach him here through the end of the year.
