How The Wes Was Won: Radio vet Wes Adams will join Urban Radio Broadcasting's WLAY/Muscle Shoals, AL next week as PD/afternoon personality. "This is a reunion of sorts as Wes and I worked together for a number of years both at the Cromwell Radio Group and at NextMedia Broadcasting," says Regional Dir./Programming Brian Rickman. "In fact, over the years I've attempted to recruit him at various other stops in the industry but the timing was just never right."
