Dana Point: Audacy KSON/San Diego & KFRG/Riverside Dir./Promotions & KFRG weekend personality Dana Johnson will depart the company at the end of the year to co-host mornings with incumbent Dan Zuko at iHeartMedia WCOL/Columbus, OH, where she already resides with her family. She is already on the job, and will hold both positions until Dec. 31. Zuko's former co-host, Kayla Hanley, departed in August (CAT 8/3). Johnson (then Dana Swearingen) started her career with KFRG in 2007 before joining nationally syndicated The Big Time With Whitney Allen in 2016. She returned to KFRG in 2019, was named to her most recent post in May of that year and added KSON to her KFRG duties in 2021 (CAT 7/27/21). See her departure announcement here. Reach Johnson here through the end of the year. No word yet on plans for a successor at Audacy.
