Big & Richards: As reported earlier via Twitter and Facebook, CBS Radio KMLE/Phoenix PD Tim Richards has been promoted to the newly created position of OM of that station and Top 40 clustermate KZON. He'll continue programming KMLE. Richards joined the cluster in 2013 (Breaking News 4/4/13) after two years as PD of crosstown iHeartMedia Top 40 KZZP and 10 years as Show Dir. for the company's syndicated Johnjay & Rich show.
