KUAD's Battalio Departs:
Townsquare KUAD/Ft. Collins, CO morning host A.J. Battalio is leaving after two years for a soon-to-be-named opportunity. “After [two-plus] years away, I am excited to announce that we are returning to the Pacific Northwest in December,” shares Battalio via Facebook. "I have accepted a position with a small radio group on the coast and will be helping some awesome people continue to do awesome local radio.” Battalio joined KUAD in 2020 (CAT 11/12/20) after time with AC KRWM/Seattle and stops in Reno, NV; Odessa-Midland, TX; Lubbock, TX; and Canton, OH. New Country Mornings co-host Shelby “Maxx” Cohen remains. Brand Mgr. Matt Sparx is on the hunt for Battalio’s successor, who will also serve as a digital content writer.
