Alpha Beta: Alpha/Portland SVP/MM Milt McConnell has been named VP/National & Group Sales Strategy as radio vet Lisa Decker joins as SVP/MM. Concurrently, Regional Dir./Business Development Amy Leimbach has been named VP/Sales & Live Performance Lounges. All three moves are effective Nov. 7 at the cluster, which includes Country KUPL. McConnell joined from Cumulus/Albuquerque as SVP/MM in 2013 (CAT 4/15/13). Decker has been Dir./Corp. Sponsorships at KING/Seattle since April. Prior stops include Clear Channel/Tacoma and CBS Radio/Seattle.
