Ybarra joined Cumulus in 2013 (CAT 3/26/13) as PD for WPCK and Country sister WPKR/Appleton-Oshkosh, WI following time with Talk WGN-A/Chicago, Illinois Center For Broadcasting, Cumulus/Rockford, IL and Midwest/Sheboygan, WI. He relinquished duties for the Appleton cluster last year (CAT 4/3/18). WPCK is one of four stations Cumulus has divested (CAT 3/28/18) with EMF picking it up for a reported $512,000 (CAW 10/21). No word on plans for a successor.
