Dub Step: Former SummitMedia Top 40 WWST/Knoxville PD/afternoon host Joe "JDub" Dobbins has joined Rubber City WQMX/Akron for Saturday mornings. "We are always looking to build our bench and happy to have JDub back in the best place to do radio," says PD Sarah Kay. It is a return to the region for Dobbins, who spent 15 years as PD/afternoons at nearby Cumulus Top 40 WHOT/Youngstown, OH starting in 2004.
