Men Of Steel: With Steel City KFKF/Kansas City APD/MD and midday host Tony Stevens set to retire Dec. 20 (CAT 4/4), current Alpha WIBW/Topeka, KS morning host Jim Daniels will be returning to KFKF, where he previously worked as morning show producer from 1996-2006. Daniels will do afternoons, effective Jan. 6, while afternoon host Ed Walker will move to middays and add MD stripes.

Jan. 6 also marks the start of a re-launch for KFKF that will include new marketing, billboards, contests, imaging and jingles. Daniels will take over imaging duties from Walker, who has been with KFKF since 2011. Stevens has been with KFKF for 40 years. Reach him here through Dec. 20. Reach Walker here.
