iHeart Restructuring
iHeart Restructuring: Apparent restructuring is resulting in a number of cuts across iHeartMedia. Among the Country names are:
Area Pres./Texas-Arkansas Clyde Bass, who was upped to his most recent position in February (CAT 2/3). Bass had been with the company since 2012 after stops with Cumulus and Duke Broadcasting in Jonesboro, AR.
WNCB/Raleigh APD/afternoon host Nick Jordan. He'd been with the station since 2022 (CAT 7/5/22), following stops in Canton, OH, Akron, OH and College Station, TX. He says, "if you’re reading this and need an entertaining personality that’s big on community feel, free to reach out. I’m open to relocating." Reach him here.
Classic Country KMJX/Little Rock afternoon host/Online Content Dir. David "D.J." Taylor, who also hosted the Sunday night Homegrown Country Show on sister KSSN. He had been with KMJX since 2000.
