Reve News: Townsquare reported Q3 2026 net revenue of $110.9 million, up 3.9% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA was $22.6m; net loss of $4.0m was down $1.5m from the prior year. Digital advertising net revenue was up 12.7% over Q3 2025; broadcast advertising net revenue fell 5.2%. "We expect those declines to deepen in the fourth quarter, partly as political advertising crowds out other inventory," says CEO Bill Wilson, noting the company is suspending its quarterly dividend.
