For The Baldwin: Radio One/Indianapolis Rythmic WHHH and Top 40 WNOW PD Leo Baldwin has joined Palm Beach's four-station West Palm Beach cluster as OM, responsibilities that include oversight of cluster Country WIRK. Baldwin succeeds Steve Richards, who is leaving the group. Sammy Cruise continues as WIRK PD. Baldwin has a touch of Country experience – PD of Beasley Rhythmic Top 40 WRDW/Philadelphia when he added that role at sister WXTU for eight months in 2009 following Bob McKay's retirement.
