Shane Allen To Capitol: UMG/Nashville VP/Promotion Shane Allen is returning to Capitol as VP/Promotion on Jan. 1, replacing Steve Hodges, who is leaving the label at the end of the year for a new opportunity. Allen joined Capitol in the same capacity in 2007, transitioning to his most recent role with the 2012 UMG acquisition of Capitol parent EMI.
