Reve-News: iHeartMedia reported Q3 revenue of $997 million, down 1.1% from the prior year's $1.008 billion. Adjusted EBITDA was flat at $205m. Broadcast radio revenue was $427m (-4.9%), digital revenue (excluding podcasting) was $202m (+4.6%) and podcast revenue was $139.7m (+22.5%). "We’re pleased with our third quarter performance, generating Adjusted EBITDA of $205 million, slightly above the midpoint of our guidance range," says Chairman/CEO Bob Pittman. Townsquare reported Q3 net revenue of $106.8 million, off 7.4% from $115.3m in the same period last year. Broadcast advertising net revenue decreased 13.8%; digital ad revenue was off 1.5%. The company saw a net loss of $5.5m, compared to a net income of $11.3m a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA decreased 13.5% to $22.0m compared to $25.5m last year. Beasley reported Q3 2025 net revenue of $51.0 million, down 12.4% from $58.2m the same period last year. The company had an operating loss of $300,000, compared to an income of $1.2m in Q3 2024. Digital revenue was up 14.6% to $13.0m and accounted for 25% of net revenue. "Our third quarter results demonstrate continued operational discipline," says CEO Caroline Beasley. Full release here.
