Choose from Craig Campbell, Edens Edge, Hunter Hayes, David Nail, Sunny Sweeney, Thompson Square, James Wesley and The Eli Young Band. The top five vote-getters will perform. All Country radio station employees may vote once through Wednesday (11/23) here.
