O Black Water: Nine North Dir./Northeast Promotion Jane O'Malia has joined Black River for the same region, effective next Monday (11/26). O'Malia joined Nine North in May following an 11-year stint as WDSY/Pittsburgh's Dir./Promotion (CAT 5/14).
