KASH's Stewart Departs:
iHeartMedia KASH/Anchorage, AK PD/morning co-host Bill “Stu” Stewart is the latest to have exited amid companywide cutbacks that started earlier this month (CAT 11/2). "It was a great run, and I feel blessed to have been fortunate enough to do what I love for so long," Stewart tells Country Aircheck. "The future is wide open, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter." Stewart is a 29-year cluster veteran, joining in 1991 and serving as Top 40 sister KGOT PD/mornings before segueing to KASH with longtime co-host Scott Dooley in 2015 (CAT 2/19/15).
