• Favorite Country Duo or Group: Dan + Shay
• Favorite Country Album: Taylor Swift, Red (Taylor's Version)
• Favorite Country Song: Morgan Wallen, Wasted On You

Preliminary ratings for the show were down more than 17% from last year's record low (CAT 11/22/21) with a 0.6 rating among Adults 18-49 and an average of 3.3 million viewers according to SpoilerTV, placing the show in third place for the night, behind Sunday Night Football on NBC and 60 Minutes, The Equilizer and East New York on CBS.
