New Yorker:
Former WFRE/Frederick, MD afternoon co-host Holly McCall (CAT 11/22) has joined Times 7 News' WGTY/York, PA for middays. It's a return for McCall, who worked at 'GTY in a part-time capacity before joining 'FRE early this year. In her new role, she succeeds Dan Douglas, who moves to nights. Douglas takes over for Jeff Diggs, who has exited. "We're so excited to have Holly on board in a full time capacity," says PD Scott Donato. "She made an instant connection with our listeners as a part-timer, and we're expecting big things from her in the future. In addition, we anticipate Dan's transition to evenings, a shift that better suits his personality, to be seamless." Reach McCall here and Douglas here.
