Where There's A Hill, There's A Way: Former Warner/WAR Mgr./Southwest Radio & Streaming Promotion Ray Vaughn and former Entercom KSON/San Diego APD/MD/night host Greg Raneiri have joined Quartz Hill Records as Dir./Promotion and Mgr./Promotion, respectively. “There is so much excitement over Ray joining our team and bringing extensive knowledge, experience and passion,” says VP/Promotion & Marketing April Rider. “Equally so, we are thrilled and very lucky to have Greg making his promotion debut ... bringing unparalleled passion and love for our format back to his roots at radio.” Vaughn and Raneiri join the staff that also includes Matt Galvin, Clay Henderson and Will Robinson (CAT 7/16). Vaughn departed Warner in February (CAT 2/12) after nearly a decade and prior stops at Columbia, Lava, Universal Republic, J Records and RCA.
