Milner Take All: iHeartMedia/Sacramento President/MM Dave Milner, whose responsibilities included oversight of Country KBEB, has joined Cumulus in the new position of SVP/West Coast Markets. A company spokesperson tells Country Aircheck the specific markets Milner will oversee will be defined in the near future. The move marks a return to Cumulus for Milner, having served as GSM for the company's San Francisco stations from 2004-07.
