Carter Named WNOE PD: iHeartMedia WTQR/Greensboro, NC PD/on-air talent Casey Carter has been named to the same position for the company's WNOE/New Orleans. She succeeds Ashley Wilson, who was named Dir./Country Programming for the Kentucky-Indiana region in June (Breaking News 6/28). It is a return to the market for Carter, who previously served as APD for the station. "We're very excited to have the combination of Casey's format expertise and personal passion for the city," says SVPP Angela Watson Charles. Adds Carter, "WNOE played such an important and integral role early in my career, and I can't believe I get to return as the PD."
