Logan To Houston: Former Clear Channel executive and programmer Bruce Logan has been named VP Programming/OM for CBS Radio/Houston's six-station cluster, which includes Country KILT, as well as Hot AC KHMX, Sports KIKK & KILT-AM, Top 40 KKHH and Spanish KLOL. Logan will program KILT and KKHH and starts next Tuesday (12/10). Logan resigned his post as Country Brand Coord., RPM, CC/Greenville, SC OM, and WSSL & WESC/Greenville and WTQR/Greensboro PD yesterday (CAT 12/3).

"Bruce has a reputation as one of the premier Country radio programmers in America," says CBS Radio/Houston SVP/MM Sarah Frazier. "We have admired his work for some time and are thrilled we have an opportunity to bring him into the division.  I am equally excited about his leadership skills and ability to build teams which is so important in today’s cluster environment."

"An opportunity like this only comes along once in a lifetime," Logan says. "I am so excited to be joining the CBS Radio Houston team, and am humbled to be working with the talented management across the division. We have big signals, solid brands and great people – making all those things work even better together is our focus and I believe we have a lot of success coming our way. They say everything is bigger in Texas and I've just discovered that applies to your dreams too."
