Riley Leaving Tulsa: Scripps/Tulsa OM Jules Riley will be leaving her post at the end of January to return to St. Louis and focus on her voiceover business. She joined the cluster, which includes Country KVOO and Classic Country KXBL, last year (CAT 3/17/14) following stops that include Wichita, St. Louis and Wilkes Barre.
