Where The Greene Grass Grows: Leighton/St. Cloud, MN OM JD Greene, whose oversight includes Country KZPK, has added duties as VP/Programming for the company's seven markets and will relinquish day-to-day programming responsibilites for KZPK. "We look forward to witnessing the continued positive impact he will have on our programming department and the overall success of Leighton Media," says GM Jim Allgeier. Greene joined KZPK at the end of 2021 as PD (CAT 11/23/21) and was promoted to cluster OM three months later (CAT 4/1/22). He had previously spent seven years programming WPGB/Pittsburgh. In related news, outgoing Hubbard KIKV/Alexandria, MN PD/morning host Kris Valentine (CAT 12/1) will join KZPK Dec. 18 as PD.
