Life Note: Industry vet Nancy Brooks is searching for a living kidney donor following the progression of kidney disease. Brooks was diagnosed in Aug. 2019 and told by doctors her kidney would last for roughly two years. Despite changing her diet and incorporating exercise, the disease progressed and Brooks went to the Vanderbilt Transplant Center to begin the process of finding a donor.
