Country Artists Join RIAA 'Class Of 2024'
Metal Detector: Sixty-five artists earned their first gold and platinum certifications from the RIAA in 2024. They include: Shaboozey (gold album for Where I’ve Been Isn’t Where I’m Going and multi-platinum (5x) single for “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” Also platinum are Dasha's “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)," Dylan Gossett's “Coal,” Sam Barber's “Straight And Narrow,” Tucker Wetmore's “Wind Up Missin’ You,” and Zach Bryan f/The War And Treaty's “Hey Driver." First-time gold singles were Alana Springsteen f/Mitchell Tenpenny's “Goodbye Looks Good On You," Dylan Marlowe & Dylan Scott's "Boys Back Home,” Gavin Adcock's “A Cigarette,” Josh Ross' “Trouble,” Ole 60's “Smoke & A Light,” Redferrin's “Jack and Diet Coke,” Wetmore's “Wine Into Whiskey” and Tyler Braden's “Devil You Know."
