Bits & Pieces: WWKA
Bits & Pieces: Cox WWKA/Orlando morning host Slater recently spent three days in the clock tower at Winter Garden Village collecting toys for Ronald McDonald House of Central Florida and Nathaniel’s Hope Charities. Close to 20,000 toys filled a semi-truck with this year's "Tower Of Toys" donations. Over the past seven years, the station has collected more than 100,000 toys, and Slater has logged more than 504 hours living in the clock tower during the annual event. Watch a video recap here.
