WKXC's Poxson Leaves: Beasley WKXC/Augusta, GA Kicks Wake Up Krew morning co-host Jess Poxson is leaving after more than a year and returning to Michigan. Host Bryan “Dub” Axelson remains. “I have so many great memories now from our time together, and y’all will always have a special place in my heart,” shares Poxson via Facebook. “Michigan, we’ve missed you for far too long, [and] we’re excited to be heading back home.” She is searching for her next opportunity and can be reached here. Poxson joined WKXC last August (CAT 8/11/21) following time with WYCD/Detroit and WDRQ/Detroit. No word on plans for the position.
