Chronicle: Condolences to the family and friends of WGKX/Memphis afternoon personality "Memphis" Mark Billingsley, who passed away after suffering an unidentified neurological incident last month. He was 53. Billingsley was at WGKX off and on for more than 25 years, and in afternoons since his most recent return in 2007. Services were Dec. 26 in Memphis.
