Got Wilks: The sale of Wilks/Kansas City's four stations, including Country KFKF and KBEQ, has been filed with the FCC. The price is $105.5 million, and a new wrinkle in the filing shows the owner to be MGTF Radio Company. Comprising that entity are the three sons of Steel City Media of Pittsburgh principal, Saul Frischling. He owns 52% of Steel City; his sons own the rest. The deal went public last week (CAT 6/12) and is expected to close in 60-90 days.
