Chunk Of Change: CBS Radio News/Talk KYW-AM/Philadelphia GSM David Yadgaroff has been promoted to SVP/MM for the cluster; former Tampa SVP/MM Steve Carver has been named SVP/MM for Miami and Orlando; and Riverside VP/DOS Mike Valenzuela has been promoted to cluster SVP/MM/DOS. Country stations under their oversight include WXTU/Philadephia, WKIS/Miami and KFRG/Riverside, respectively. Yadgaroff succeeds Marc Rayfield, who is transferring to New York (CAT 7/20); Carver takes over for Joe Bell, who is leaving the company; and Valenzuela succeeds Harvey Wells, who is also leaving. The moves are part of a wider management restructuring at CBS Radio that saw the promotion of Scott Herman to COO earlier this week (CAT 7/20) and a nationwide workforce reduction (CAT 7/14, CAT 7/22).
