Sold Milwaukee: Midwest Top 40 WIXX/Green Bay, WI afternoon duo Jake Kelly and Tanner Jay as well as producer Samantha Walker will join Scripps' WKTI/Milwaukee for mornings Nov. 23. The station launched in May (Breaking News 5/29) and the move is 'KTI's first hire for the daypart. "Jake & Tanner are local, fun, engaging – and they're Wisconsin Proud!" says VP/GM Tom Langmyer. "Their younger approach, heavier local involvement and humor will be points of difference. With the recent addition of [PD] Dayton Kane in afternoon drive and Jillene at night, 'KTI Country is growing fast as Milwaukee's live and locally hosted Country station." Kane and Jillene were added in August (CAT 8/25).
