Dunn Deal: iHeartMedia/Rochester Top 40 WDVI APD/MD/middayer and Country WNBL afternoon personality and sister WBBI/Binghamton, NY middayer Julie Dunn has added PD duties for WNBL and WBBI, as well as Classic Country WINR-AM/Binghamton. In Rochester, she takes the reigns from cluster programmer JP Hastings, who remains in that role for other stations. In Binghamton she succeeds Tom Scott, who exited last week (CAT 5/10).
