Jay What You Need To Jay: As reported via Breaking News, Entercom WUSN/Chicago PD Kenny Jay has added programming duties for Country sister KMNB/Minneapolis; he remains based in Chicago. Jay takes over for Lucas Phelan, who exited earlier this month (CAT 11/1). It's a return to familiar territory for Jay, who joined then-CBS Radio KMNB in 2012 before rising to PD in 2014. He transferred to the company's KMPS/Seattle in 2016 (CAT 1/14/16) and oversaw its flip from Country to Soft AC (CAT 12/4/17).
