Rick Role: Industry vet Rick Baumgartner has joined recently launched Foundry Records (CAT 9/30/19) as Dir./National Promotion. "[Rick's] knowledge of the music industry is an asset, and he is respected throughout the community," says GM Cole Johnstone. The move reunites Baumgartner and Foundry VP/Marketing & Promotion April Rider, who previously worked together at Decca. Baumgartner's prior stops include Warner Bros., Atlantic, Broken Bow, Equity, Black River and HitShop.
