Beasley's Corey To Depart: Beasley Country National Format Brand Mgr. and WKLB/Boston PD David Corey will step down this month after both parties could not come to terms on a new contract. He joined in 2017 (Breaking News 5/31/17) and was elevated to his current post the following year (Breaking News 11/6/18). He previously spent more than a decade with Canadian-based Bell Media overseeing programming for the company’s 105 radio properties and handling day-to-day programming for Hot AC CHUM/Toronto. Corey’s career began at age 17 with Top 40 WXKS/Boston. No word from Beasley regarding plans for the position. Corey is seeking his next opportunity and can currently be reached here.
